Matthew Shore, Vice President
Matt Shore, is the Vice President of Career Development Advisors (CDA). He brings 23+ years in education with both elementary and secondary experiences both in private and public school settings. From classroom teacher to assistant principal to principal, Matt has implemented, trained and coached on best practices for teaching and instruction.
​
During this time, Matt earned both his Master’s in Educational Leadership and the Superintendent Letter of Eligibility as well as completed other educational leadership and school improvement programs such as the Pennsylvania Inspiration Leadership under the National Institute for School Leadership. Recently, he became certified as a Kolbe Youth Specialist and by the end of July 2022, he will be a Kolbe Certified Consultant.

Maintaining a passion for positively impacting students and providing schools with the best opportunities for success, Matt is excited to bring awareness of how students innately and authentically learn and work for increasing their own self-awareness and productivity for overall success in school and their future. Likewise, in understanding the day-to-day challenges in our schools (especially with all that the recent COVID-19 pandemic has changed), he is excited to bring to teachers, staff and administrators the opportunity for them to learn who they are to feel less stressed, minimize “burn out” and increase overall productivity.

Matt will also manage the new client engagement process for individuals, students, parents and organizations. Matt will be the primary point of contact for community outreach, as we look to support many organizations and individuals to align their time and talents- whether it be on a retained recruiting basis or offering in house career services or external outplacement/career transition services.
Matt has a wonderful family with his lovely and talented wife, Julie, and their three beautiful girls. Matt is an overall sports enthusiast and loves to play golf and basketball. Serving God and others is a driving force behind all that he does. Matt looks forward to building future positive relationships for his clients that enable them to be the best version of themselves.
